Your faithful effort matters before you see results
When progress feels invisible, Galatians 6:9 reminds you that faithful effort is not wasted, even before you see results.
You can work hard and still wonder whether anything is changing. A grade may take time to improve, a friendship may need patience, or your own growth may be hard to notice. Slow results do not mean your faithful effort is empty.
Your faithful effort matters before you see results.
Galatians 6:9 says, “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” Read it at Bible.com.
God sees the small choices nobody applauds: opening the book again, telling the truth, practicing patience, or choosing kindness when you could have checked out. The harvest may not be visible today, but your obedience is still real today.
Tiny step: Choose one good thing you have been avoiding because it feels too small to matter. Do it for two minutes, then pray, “God, help me stay faithful with what is in front of me.”
Lord, help me keep doing what is good when results are slow. Teach me to trust that You see every faithful step. Amen.
