You do not have to carry everything alone

You can ask for help before stress becomes overwhelming. God often cares for us through the people who are willing to listen.

When school, family stress, or friendship problems pile up, you may feel like you should handle everything quietly. But asking for help is not weakness. It is an honest way to let someone stand with you.

You do not have to carry everything alone.

The Bible says, “Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ” (Galatians 6:2). God does not ask you to hide every hard thing. He gives you people who can listen, pray, and help you find the next step.

Take two minutes today. Tell one trusted person, “I’ve been carrying a lot, and I could use a few minutes to talk.” You do not need a perfect explanation. One honest sentence is enough to begin.

Needing support does not make you a burden. You are worth caring for, and you can receive help one small step at a time.
