The good you keep doing is not wasted

When nobody notices your effort, God still sees your faithfulness and gives you strength to keep doing what is good.

You may be doing the right thing without getting a like, a compliment, or even a thank-you. The good you keep doing is not wasted. God sees faithfulness that other people miss.

Paul writes, “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” — Galatians 6:9 (read the passage)

This does not mean you have to prove yourself by doing more and more. It means your quiet choices matter: studying honestly, including someone who feels left out, apologizing first, or helping at home when nobody is watching. God is not measuring your worth by the attention you receive. He is forming you through faithful steps.

Take two minutes today to name one good thing you have kept doing, even though it feels unnoticed. Thank God for helping you continue, then do that one small thing again.

God, give me strength to keep doing what is good without needing everyone to see it. Help me trust that my faithfulness matters to you. Amen.
