You can let God hold what you cannot fix tonight

When a problem keeps replaying in your mind, God invites you to place it in his hands and take the next faithful step.

You do not have to carry tonight's unfinished problem alone.

Some problems do not get solved just because you keep thinking about them. If you are replaying a conversation, worrying about tomorrow, or wishing you could control someone else’s choice, you can bring the unfinished part to God.

You can let God hold what you cannot fix tonight.

Today’s meditation material (Scripture)

Peter does not say your anxiety is silly or that the situation does not matter. He points you toward the God who cares for you in the middle of it. Releasing a worry is not giving up; it is admitting that you were never meant to be your own rescue.

Tiny step (≤2 minutes)

  • Name the one thing you cannot fix tonight. Take one slow breath and say, “Jesus, I place this in your care.” Then choose one small thing you can do tomorrow—or choose to rest.

Prayer (optional)

  • Jesus, you know what I keep carrying. Help me trust your care with what I cannot control, and give me courage for the next faithful step. Amen.
