God can steady you when fear starts talking

Fear can get loud fast. 2 Timothy 1:7 reminds teens that God gives power, love, and a sound mind.

A calm desk with an open Bible, notebook, and phone in soft morning light.

Fear can hit fast at school. A test, a text, a room full of people, a comment you were not expecting. Suddenly your chest feels tight and your mind starts talking like something bad is about to happen.

God does not ask you to fake being fine.

God can steady you when fear starts talking.

Today's meditation material (Scripture)

That does not mean you never feel nervous. It means fear does not get the final word.

Power means you are not empty. Love means you do not have to turn mean to protect yourself. Sound mind means panic does not have to drive the whole moment.

Tiny step (≤2 minutes)

Before your next class, text or conversation, take one slow breath and say, "God, steady me right now."

Then do the next right thing without arguing with every fear in your head.

Prayer

Jesus, when fear gets loud, help me remember what You give me instead. Steady my mind, guard my heart, and help me take the next right step. Amen.
