You can bring God the thing you keep replaying

A short Christian meditation for teens about turning anxious replay into honest prayer.

A calm desk still life with a closed laptop, notebook, and open Bible in soft morning light.

Some moments keep replaying in your head after they are over. A weird comment. A bad grade. A text you wish you answered differently.

You can bring God the thing you keep replaying.

Paul wrote, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God."

God is not asking you to pretend it does not bother you. He invites you to bring the real thing to Him: the awkward moment, the worry, the part you keep checking in your mind. Prayer can be simple enough for one honest sentence.

What is one thought you have been replaying today?

Tiny step: take one slow breath and say, "God, I bring You this thought." Then name it in one sentence.

Jesus, meet me in the thought I keep replaying. Help me bring it to You instead of carrying it alone. Amen.
