You do not have to carry today alone

Matthew 11:28 gives teens a simple invitation when school, stress, and pressure feel too heavy.

A backpack, open Bible, notebook, and folded hoodie on a tidy desk in soft morning light.

Some days feel heavier than they should. School stress, family tension, unfinished work, and the pressure to look fine can pile up fast.

Jesus is not asking you to act stronger than you are.

You do not have to carry today alone.

Today's meditation material (Scripture)

Jesus does not shame you for being tired. He invites you to come close. Real rest is not pretending the weight is gone. It is letting Him hold what you cannot keep carrying by yourself.

Tiny step (≤2 minutes)

Set your backpack or phone down.

Take one slow breath and say, "Jesus, I give You this day."

Prayer

Lord Jesus, when I feel overloaded, help me come to You instead of trying to carry everything alone. Give me Your rest and help me take the next step with You. Amen.
