Jesus gives peace your racing mind cannot make
Jesus gives peace your racing mind cannot make
Some days your brain acts like it has fifty tabs open. One thought turns into another, and suddenly you are replaying a conversation, worrying about tomorrow, or checking your phone just to avoid sitting with the noise.
Jesus gives peace your racing mind cannot make.
He said, "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you." That does not mean every problem disappears in one minute. It means peace is not only something you have to create by fixing everything first.
Jesus can meet you before your thoughts calm down. You can come to him honestly, without pretending you are fine and without needing the perfect words.
Ask yourself: what thought keeps trying to take over today?
Tiny step: set a two-minute timer, put your phone face down, and slowly pray, "Jesus, give me your peace here."
Jesus, my mind feels loud. Help me receive the peace you give, even before I know how everything will work out. Amen.
