You do not need likes to know you are loved

Some days your phone can make you feel measured.

Who saw it. Who replied. Who ignored it. Who seems happier, better, cooler, or more wanted than you.

You do not need likes to know you are loved.

The Bible says, "See what great love the Father has lavished on us..." (1 John 3:1)

God's love is not a reaction button. It does not rise when people notice you or disappear when they scroll past. Before anyone approves of you today, the Father already calls you His child.

For the next two minutes, turn your phone face down and say this slowly: "Father, I am already loved by You." Take one quiet breath after each word.

Father, help me stop letting a screen decide my worth. Remind me that Your love is already real before anyone reacts. Amen.
