God stays the same when everything else changes

Friends change. Schools change. Your interests change. Even your own feelings seem to change by the hour. In a world that never stops shifting, it's exhausting trying to keep up.

But there's one thing that never changes: God's character.

"Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever." — Hebrews 13:8

While your circumstances swirl around you, God remains constant. His love doesn't fluctuate based on your performance. His patience doesn't run out when you mess up. His presence doesn't disappear when you're having a bad day.

You don't have to earn His attention today. You already have it.

One tiny step (≤2 minutes):
Look out a window or at a wall for 30 seconds. Notice one thing that isn't changing right now. Then whisper: "Thank You for being my constant." That's it—no need to feel anything special, just acknowledge the truth.

God, when everything feels unstable, remind me that You are my rock. Help me rest in Your unchanging love today. Amen.
