You Do Not Have to Earn Rest Before Coming to Jesus
Jesus does not ask you to prove you are tired enough for rest. Bring Him the burden you are carrying and receive His invitation today.
You do not have to earn rest before coming to Jesus.
When your work, inbox, or future feels heavy, you may assume you need to finish everything before you can slow down. But Jesus does not wait for a more impressive version of you. He meets you while you are carrying the weight.
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28
Rest begins with an invitation, not a performance. You do not have to explain why you are tired perfectly. You can come honestly. His care is not a reward for getting your life under control.
Tiny step: Set a two-minute timer. Put your phone face down, breathe slowly, and say: “Jesus, I come to You with this burden.”
Jesus is not asking you to carry today alone. Receive His invitation before you return to your responsibilities.
