Uncertainty can make every quiet season feel like a problem to solve. You refresh your inbox, compare your timeline, and wonder whether everyone else is moving ahead.
Psalm 27 gives you a steadier posture: “Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.” (Psalm 27:14)
Waiting with God is not doing nothing. It is refusing to let panic choose your direction. God can strengthen your heart before he changes your circumstances.
What would patient faithfulness look like today if you did not need an immediate answer?
Take two minutes. Put your phone down, breathe slowly, and pray: “Lord, strengthen my heart while I wait.” Then do one clear, ordinary thing in front of you.
Father, meet me in the uncertainty. Teach me to wait with courage, not fear, and to trust that this season is still held by you. Amen.
