You are made for prepared good work

You are made for prepared good work

You are made for prepared good work

You do not have to invent your purpose from scratch.

That sounds simple, but it matters on the days when every option feels loaded. Career. Dating. Moving. Staying. Applying. Waiting. Trying again. It can feel like your whole life depends on producing the right answer fast enough.

Ephesians says you are "created in Christ Jesus unto good works" (Ephesians 2:10).

Notice the direction. Your work does not create your worth. Your worth in Christ sends you into work God can use.

So today, do not ask your calling to prove your value. Start smaller. Ask God to make the next faithful thing clear.

One tiny step: open your hands for ten seconds and pray, "Lord, show me the good work in front of me today."

Jesus, free me from forcing a purpose that only You can give. Help me receive this day as prepared ground, and make me faithful in the next small thing. Amen.
