Bring your tired mind to Jesus before you push harder

Rest starts by coming to Jesus before you demand more from yourself.

Bring your tired mind to Jesus before you push harder

Bring your tired mind to Jesus before you push harder.

Some days the answer is not a better system, a louder alarm, or one more productivity trick.

Sometimes your soul is tired because you keep asking it to carry what Jesus invited you to bring to Him.

He says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28).

That invitation is not vague. Come before you crash. Come before you scroll for an hour. Come before you turn exhaustion into self-criticism.

What are you trying to push through that Jesus is asking you to bring to Him?

Take two minutes. Put both feet on the floor. Breathe slowly, open your hands, and say: "Jesus, I come to You with this tiredness."

Lord Jesus, I do not want to confuse burnout with faithfulness. Teach me to come to You first. Amen.
