Do not quit in the ordinary
Do not quit in the ordinary.
Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. — Galatians 6:9 (NIV)

A lot of spiritual fatigue does not come from one dramatic crisis. It comes from the ordinary grind. Another workday. Another job search. Another hard class. Another quiet prayer that seems unanswered.
Galatians 6:9 speaks directly into that kind of tired. It does not deny the weariness. It tells you not to give up in the middle of it. God sees the unseen faithfulness, the small obedience, and the good you keep doing when nobody claps for it.
You may not see fruit yet. But hidden does not mean wasted. The Lord is still at work in the slow season, and He is not careless with your perseverance.
If you feel tempted to check out today, stay with the next faithful thing. Not the whole month. Not the whole future. Just the next act of obedience in front of you.
One tiny step (≤2 minutes): Name one good thing you have been tired of doing. Then pray, "Jesus, help me not give up here." After that, take one small action before you overthink it.
Jesus, when I feel worn down by the ordinary, keep me steady. Strengthen me for quiet faithfulness, and remind me that You see every small act of obedience. Help me not give up. Amen.
