Trust the Lord with your next decision—He will make the path clear.

Some choices feel heavy because you’re trying to carry the whole map in your mind: outcomes, timelines, other people’s opinions, the fear of “wasting” a year. But God doesn’t ask you to predict the future. He asks you to trust Him with the next faithful step.

“Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” (Proverbs 3:5–6)

When you submit your way to Jesus, you’re not turning off your brain. You’re refusing the illusion that your understanding is your savior. The Lord can guide a mind that’s honest, a heart that’s surrendered, and a life that’s willing.

Reflection question: What decision are you trying to solve without bringing it fully to God?

Tiny step (2 minutes): Write the decision in one sentence. Under it, write: “Lord, I submit this to You.” Take three slow breaths, and on each exhale whisper, “I trust You.”

Prayer: Jesus, I don’t want to be led by panic or pride. I submit my next step to You. Give me wisdom, make my path clear, and help me obey what You show me today. Amen.
