Trust isn’t a vibe you wait for—it’s a choice you practice when you don’t feel safe.

Reflection

Some days you’ll wake up with a clean mind and a steady heart. And other days you’ll wake up with your thoughts already sprinting.

We tend to treat trust like a mood: If I feel calm, I’m trusting God. But Scripture treats trust like a decision: I will lean my weight on God, even while my emotions lag behind.

The world trains you to say: “I’ll trust after I understand.” God invites you to say: “I’ll trust while I’m still learning.”

That doesn’t mean you stop thinking. It means you stop making your own intelligence your savior.

One tiny step (≤2 minutes)

Write this sentence and finish it:

“Today, I’m tempted to trust ______ more than God.”

Then choose one micro-act of trust (one email, one apology, one honest conversation, one 10-minute focused work block) and start it.

Short prayer

God, teach me to trust you with my whole heart—not just when it feels easy. Lead my next step today. Amen.
