God can help when your mind will not slow down

Philippians 4:6-7 gives teens a simple way to bring anxious, fast-moving thoughts to Jesus and let His peace guard them.

An open Bible, notebook, pencil, face-down phone, and earbuds on a school desk in soft daylight.
A quiet desk scene for a racing mind.

A racing mind can turn one small thing into ten big ones. That can happen before school, after a text, or late at night when everything feels louder than it should.

God is not frustrated by that pace. He knows how thoughts pile up.

God can help when your mind will not slow down.

Philippians 4:6-7 says, "Do not be anxious about anything."
