God's power shows up in your weakness
Ever feel like you're not enough? Like everyone else has it together while you're barely keeping up?
Here's the truth: God doesn't need you to be perfect. He doesn't need you to have all the answers or never mess up.
God's power shows up in your weakness.
That's what Paul discovered when he begged God to take away his struggles. God's response was surprising:
"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." (2 Corinthians 12:9)
God wasn't saying, "Tough it out." He was saying, "Let me be strong where you're weak."
Your weakness isn't a problem for God—it's an opportunity for Him to show up. When you're overwhelmed with schoolwork, when you're anxious about friendships, when you feel like you're failing—that's exactly where God wants to meet you.
One tiny step: The next time you feel inadequate, pause for 60 seconds. Instead of trying to fix it yourself, whisper: "God, I can't do this. You can."
Short prayer: God, thank you that I don't have to be strong enough. Thank you that your power shows up best when I'm weak. Help me to lean on you today. Amen.
