Be still and know that He is God

Between homework, tests, and extracurriculars, your brain is probably running at 100mph right now. The pressure to perform, to keep up, to not fall behind—it can feel like you're constantly sprinting.

Be still, and know that I am God. (Psalm 46:10)

That's God's invitation to you today. Not to do more, achieve more, or prove more. Just to be still. To pause the mental marathon for a moment and remember who's actually in charge.

One tiny step: Set a timer for 60 seconds. Close your eyes. Breathe slowly. Don't pray, don't think—just be still. That's it.

God, in the middle of my crazy schedule, help me remember that You're God and I'm not. Teach me what it means to be still. Amen.
